Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only offered if an item is deemed inauthentic with proper documentation. While this is highly unlikely, if you believe your item may be inauthentic, please contact us at MineAllureCouture@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include a written letter of evidence from a reputable authenticator.

Once authenticity is verified, we will initiate a return and issue a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that verbal claims or opinions from non-professional sources will not be accepted.

Chargeback Policy: All transactions are fully documented and tracked to ensure buyer protection and authenticity verification. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback will be treated as an act of fraud, which may be subject to federal investigation. Proof of delivery, authenticity, and transaction details will be provided in any dispute. Fraudulent activity will be reported to payment processors and law enforcement, and legal action may be pursued when necessary.
